Glossary of UniversitySite Terms

  • Active - status indicating the item is not restricted from visibility to learners and is the default status for UniversitySite elements currently being considered "in use"
  • Retired - status indicating the item should no longer be used and will no longer appear in LearningSite To Do lists or other LearningSite locations, but data associated with this item is retained
  • Expired - status indicating the date set by an instructor to encourage review of this item to ensure it is still relevant has been reached or exceeded. These items do NOT automatically become retired at this point.  This is a decision that must be made by an instructor to review and retire if they deem it appropriate. This can be done in bulk.
