How to Generate Certificates


When a Learner completes a CLE/CPD Course/Event, they can be awarded a Certificate as proof of their completion. A Certificate being created in the system is called being Generated.


When creating an On-Demand Course, the below prompt appears to enable automatically sending Certificates upon completion of the Course. This is because On-Demand Courses can be completed by Learners at any time.

Steps to Generate Certificates on Instructor-Led Events:

  1. Go to an Event that has occurred.
  2. Select the Event's Certificates tab.
  3. Find the Registrant who has attended and should receive a Certificate.
  4. Select their Not emailed or downloaded yet box, then select Generate and Download Certificate.

  1. Select Generate and Download in the Certificate Options window.
  2. The Generated Certificate then comes up in a new tab.
  3. Multiple Registrants can have their Certificates downloaded at once by selecting the check by their name and selecting the Download Certificates button.
