How to Generate Certificates
When a Learner completes a CLE/CPD Course/Event, they can be awarded a Certificate as proof of their completion. A Certificate being created in the system is called being Generated.
When creating an On-Demand Course, the below prompt appears to enable automatically sending Certificates upon completion of the Course. This is because On-Demand Courses can be completed by Learners at any time.

Steps to Generate Certificates on Instructor-Led Events:
- Go to an Event that has occurred.
- Select the Event's Certificates tab.
- Find the Registrant who has attended and should receive a Certificate.
- Select their Not emailed or downloaded yet box, then select Generate and Download Certificate.

- Select Generate and Download in the Certificate Options window.
- The Generated Certificate then comes up in a new tab.
- Multiple Registrants can have their Certificates downloaded at once by selecting the check by their name and selecting the Download Certificates button.
