LinkedIn Learning Ext - Import Courses via Spreadsheet

Importing LinkedIn Learning Courses

You can import courses via spreadsheet as an alternative to searching for them in the E-Learning Store. You will download a spreadsheet of courses from LinkedIn Learning, filter down, then upload that same spreadsheet to import your well curated list of courses.

How To Steps:

1. From InstructorSite | YOUR NAME drop-down | Global Settings | Miscellaneous | Extensions | expand LinkedIn Learning Extension.

2. Under Import Courses click "download a spreadsheet of courses from LinkedIn Learning to begin filtering down" link. This link takes you to LinkedIn Learning to configure & download a spreadsheet of their Active Only plus Package Type option:

   

3. Open the Zip file and then the spreadsheet.
4. Filter the courses to include those you deem appropriate for importing to UniversitySite.
5. Save spreadsheet where easily accessible.
6. From InstructorSite | YOUR NAME drop-down | Global Settings | Miscellaneous | Extensions | expand LinkedIn Learning Extension | Import Courses click the Click here to upload a CSV button to upload the spreadsheet.
7. Save Settings. Next you'll see an Upload Successful! confirmation. Click OK.

NOTE: All of the imported courses will be assigned the "LIL" course prefix while maintaining the same course number from LinkedIn Learning.
