Upload Certificates for Multiple Users for a Single External Activity
Steps
- In InstructorSite, from the Main Navigation Bar, select New, then select Activity Record under External Learning.
- Fill in the Activity details, then select Credits to add the CLE credits awarded to the Activity.

- Select and add credits to award to the Activity, then select Save Activity Record on the left of the screen.
- On the Activity's page, select the Attendees tab, then select New Attendee to add Attendees.

- Select Attendees from the dropdown list or use the Copy/Paste icon feature to copy and paste in email addresses for Attendees.

- After adding Attendees, select OK.
- Make any necessary edits for each Attendee and upload documentation to support the Attendees' participation in the Activity (all optional), then click Save Attendees.

- The Activity will appear in the Learner's record.
