Working with the Uniform CLE Certificate of Attendance
The Uniform CLE Certificate of Attendance can be provided to attending attorneys licensed in jurisdictions where a specific certificate is not required.
- In InstructorSite, the Uniform CLE Certificate can be found by selecting More from the main navigation, then selecting Certificates.
- Select Uniform CLE Certificate, then select Setup.
- Enter the Sponsor name (your law firm) and the name of the sponsor representative into the spaces provided, then select Save Setup.
- Create a Course and add CLE credits.
- To add the Uniform CLE Certificate, select Edit on the Course.
- Go to Certificate, select CLE / Uniform CLE Certificate and provide the State Activity Numbers where the course is approved (if any), the total credits based on a 60-minute and 50-minute hour, and the number of Ethics credits (if any) based on a 60-minute and 50-minute hour.
- Select Save Course.
- Create an Event for the Course.
- From the Certificates tab on the Event page, the attendee(s) who will receive the Uniform CLE Certificate will appear in the box for the certificate. Select an attendee(s) to send a certificate to.
- Select Next Step.
- Verify the certificate settings, then select Send. The certificate will be sent to the selected recipient(s).
