Working with the Uniform CLE Certificate of Attendance
The Uniform CLE Certificate of Attendance can be provided to attending attorneys licensed in jurisdictions where a specific Certificate is not required.
Steps
- In InstructorSite, the Uniform CLE Certificate can be found by selecting More from the Main Navigation Bar, then selecting Certificates.
- Select Uniform CLE Certificate from the list, then select Setup.
- Enter the Sponsor name (your law firm) and the name of the sponsor representative into the spaces provided, then select Save Setup.
- Create a Course and fill out the necessary fields.
- In the Credits section, search for and select CLESite / Uniform Certificate credits.
- Fill in the total credits based on a 60-minute and 50-minute hour, and the number of Ethics credits (if any) based on a 60-minute and 50-minute hour.
- Select Save Course.
- Create an Event for the Course.
- From the Certificates tab on the Event page, the attendee(s) who will receive the Uniform CLE Certificate will appear in the box for the certificate. Select an attendee(s) to send a Certificate to.
- Select Email Certificates.
- Verify the Certificate settings, then select Send. The Certificate will be sent to the selected recipient(s).
