UniversitySite User Roles

This table lists all the user access levels we call "roles" that can be assigned.

Most learners have none of these roles, since they are used to give instructors specific access to functions in UniversitySite.

Role Role Description
Accreditation Manager
Can view the list of all events with credits pending on the Events page. Can also edit user practitioner details when viewing the users of a plan
Administrator  Can access anything and all Global Settings
Audience Manager  Can create, edit, or delete audiences
CLESite Admin  Can access CLESite
Course Manager  Can edit or delete courses not otherwise restricted by Departments
CPDSite Admin  Can access CPDSite
Credit Manager  Can create, edit, or delete credit requirements
Department Manager  Can create, edit, or delete Departments
Evaluation Form Manager  Can create, edit, or delete evaluation forms.
Event Manager  Can create, edit, or delete events not otherwise restricted by Departments
External Course Manager Can record activity completed externally on the Plan activity table and via New/Activity Record
Instructor  Can access InstructorSite
Plan Manager  Can create, edit, or delete plans not otherwise restricted by Departments
Reporter  Can access InstructorSite reports
Resource Manager  Can create, edit, or delete resources not otherwise restricted by Departments
Tag Manager  Can create, edit, or delete tags
