Viewing Plans for Users Who are No Longer Active

Viewing Plans that are no longer active (set to Disabled) can be helpful when a user requests their learning plans and/or CLE/CPD records after they have left the firm.

Steps

  1. In InstructorSite, select Users.
  2. Select Status, then select Disabled.


  1. Select a User, then select Plans.


  1. Select Show Details for a plan.
  2. Then select the Wrench Icon and select Print to download a PDF of the user's plan details if desired.
