Viewing Plans for Users Who are No Longer Active

Plans for Users who are no longer active (set to Disabled) can be viewed in InstructorSite. This is helpful when a user requests their learning plans and/or CLE/CPD records after they have left the firm.

In InstructorSite, select Users. Select Status, then select Disabled.

Select a User, then select Plans.

Select Show Details for a plan, then select Print to download a PDF of the user's plan details, if desired.
