How to Send an Email to Users in a Plan Based on Compliance Status
This article provides details for sending an email to learners in a plan based on compliance status. This feature can be used to send an email reminder to learners whose status is Incomplete.
In InstructorSite, select Plans from the main navigation, then select a Plan, then select the Users tab. Select User Status, then select Incomplete from the drop-down.
A list of learners with Incomplete plans will appear. Select Get Email Addresses to generate a list of email addresses for learners with Incomplete plans.
Select Copy All Values to Clipboard, then paste the email addresses into an email.
