How to Send an Email to Users in a Plan Based on Compliance Status
This feature can be used to send an email reminder to Learners whose status is Incomplete.
Steps
- In InstructorSite, select Plans from the Main Navigation Bar, then select a Plan.
- Select the Users tab.
- Select User Status, then select Incomplete from the dropdown.
- A list of Learners with Incomplete Plans will appear. Select Get Email Addresses to generate a list of email addresses for Learners with Incomplete Plans.
- Select Copy to Clipboard, then paste the email addresses into an email.
