How to Set the Status of a CLE or CPD Plan


  1. In CLESite or CPDSite, select a Plan, then select Edit.
  2. On the Plans page, select the status for the Plan, then select Save Plan.

  • Staged: Set a Plan to Staged to keep it hidden from Learners and to prevent Learners from receiving emails about the Plan.
  • Active: Set a Plan to Active to make it visible to Learners and to allow them to receive emails about the Plan.
  • Retired: Set a Plan to Retired to remove it from use. All historical records will be retained, but it will no longer appear in most places, including LearningSite's To-Do, Plans, Explorer, and Search views. Additionally, Learners will no longer receive emails about the Plan.
