How to Set the Status of a CLE or CPD Plan


  1. In CLESite or CPDSite, select a plan, then select Edit.
  2. On the plan page, select the status for the plan, then select Save Plan.

  • Staged: Set a plan to Staged to keep it hidden from learners and to prevent learners from receiving emails about the plan.
  • Active: Set a plan to Active to make it visible to learners and to allow them to receive emails about the plan.
  • Retired: Set a plan to Retired to remove it from use. All historical records will be retained, but it will no longer appear in most places, including LearningSite's To-Do, Plans, Explorer, and Search views. Additionally, learners will no longer receive emails about the plan.
