How to Set the Status of a CLE or CPD Plan

This article provides details for how to set the status of a CLE or CPD Plan to one of three options: Staged, Active, or Retired.

In CLESite or CPDSite, select a plan, then select Edit. On the plan page, select the status for the plan, then select Save Plan.

• Staged: Set a plan to Staged to keep it hidden from learners and to prevent learners from receiving emails about the plan.
• Active: Set a plan to Active to make it visible to learners and to allow them to receive emails about the plan.
• Retired: Set a plan to Retired to remove it from use. All historical records will be retained, but it will no longer appear in most places, including LearningSite's To Do, Plans, Explorer, and Search views. Additionally, learners will no longer receive emails about the plan.
