How to Download Certificates in InstructorSite

This may be useful for attorneys audited by their jurisdiction or attorneys leaving their firm that need to take their CLE certificates with them.

In InstructorSite, select Plans from the main navigation, then select a CLE Plan. On the Plans page, select Users, then scroll to and select a user. ————- and select Download Certificates from the Edit dropdown.

The certificates will download to a zip file. Open the zip file to access the certificates.
