How to Download Certificates in InstructorSite

This article provides details for downloading certificates from a CLE Plan in InstructorSite. This may be useful if a lawyer makes a request for their certificates if they are audited by their jurisdiction or if they are leaving the firm and need to take their CLE certificates with them.

In InstructorSite, select Plans from the main navigation, then select a CLE Plan. On the Plans page, select Users, then scroll to a user and select Download Certificates from the Edit drop-down.

The certificates will download to a zip file. Open the zip file to access the certificates.
