How to Download Certificates in InstructorSite


This may be useful for attorneys audited by their jurisdiction or attorneys leaving their firm that need to take their CLE certificates with them.

Steps

  1. In InstructorSite, select Users from the Main Navigation Bar.
  2. Search for and select the desired User.


  1. On the User's page, select the Plans tab.
  2. Scroll to the desired Plan and select Show Details.


  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Compliance Report and select Download all certificates.


  1. The Certificates will download to a zip file. Open the zip file to access the Certificates.
