Send an Email to Users in a Saved Search

This feature can be used to send emails to designated users about available Course offerings.

Steps

1. In InstructorSite, select Live Events from the Main Navigation Bar, then select email.

2. Select a Date Range or Next, then select To... on the next screen.

3. Select List Saved Searches and make a selection from the list, then select Continue.

4. Edit the Subject and Message fields of the email if desired, then select Next.
5. Select Send to send the message to all recipients in the saved search.
