How to Set Audience and Sponsor Filters for a Course

• Audience filters: Limit visibility in LearningSite to only the designated audiences for the Course.
• Sponsor filters: Limit the ability to edit the Course to only the designated sponsors for the Course.

Steps

1. Select Edit from the Course page, then select Security.
2. Select the Audiences and the Sponsors from the dropdown menus to add to the course, then select Save Course.

The Audience and Sponsor settings will appear on the Course page. The Course will only be visible in LearningSite to the audiences listed and can only be edited by the sponsors listed.
