How to Set Audience and Sponsor Filters for a Course

This article provides details for setting Audience and Sponsor filters for a Course in InstructorSite. Setting Audience filters limits its visibility in LearningSite to only the designated audiences for the Course. Setting Sponsor filters limits the ability to edit the course to only the designated sponsors for the Course.

Select Edit from the Course page, then select Security. Select the Audiences and the Sponsors from the drop-down menus to add to the course, then select Save Course.

The Audience and Sponsor settings will appear on the Course page. The course will only be visible in LearningSite to the audiences listed and will only be editable by the sponsors listed.
