User Sync Tool Enhanced with CLE Practitioner Details

Note that there are now two tabs instead of just a single window for the user import. The user import setup is in the `User Accounts` tab shown above and the practitioner details sync setup is in the `Practitioner Details tab shown below:
The practitioner details import can only be done using a database source and has its own connection string and select statement. The settings on each tab must be saved separately to allow for canceling the changes that you made to one tab or the other. You can enable/disable the account and practitioner details sync separately so that only one can be run or both can be run in the same job. When both are enabled, the user account sync will run first followed by the practitioner details. The email field must match an email in the UniversitySite database.
NOTE: In order to import practitioner details for multiple jurisdictions, you will need to have a separate source record for each jurisdiction. The user eMail will be the same for each source record but any of the other information specific to the jurisdiction may be different.
Your data source (view) should not include staff who should not be assigned a jurisdiction since this is intended only for CLE/CPD tracking purposes.

Data Requirements

Required fields are
  • Email nvarchar (100)
