How to Add Practitioner Details for a New External Registrant
Steps
- From the Registrants tab on the Event page, click the New Registrant dropdown and click Add new external registrants.

- Click Create a new External Registrant.

- Fill in the information for the new external registrant, then click Add Registrant.

- Click OK.
- Scroll to the new external registrant, click the Attendance dropdown and mark the registrant as Attended. Then click Save Registrants.

- Click on the Certificates tab, locate the new external registrant, and click the Wrench Icon. From the dropdown select Edit Practitioner Details.

- Select the appropriate Jurisdiction from the dropdown. Fill in the Practitioner Details and click Save, or click New License to add an additional license, then click Save.
