How to Add Practitioner Details for a New External Registrant

Steps

  1. From the Registrants tab on the Event page, click the New Registrant dropdown and click Add new external registrants.


  1. Click Create a new External Registrant.


  1. Fill in the information for the new external registrant, then click Add Registrant.


  1. Click OK.
  2. Scroll to the new external registrant, click the Attendance dropdown and mark the registrant as Attended. Then click Save Registrants.


  1. Click on the Certificates tab, locate the new external registrant, and click the Wrench Icon. From the dropdown select Edit Practitioner Details.


  1. Select the appropriate Jurisdiction from the dropdown. Fill in the Practitioner Details and click Save, or click New License to add an additional license, then click Save.
