How to Find Users with Missing Practitioner Details

Steps

1. In InstructorSite, click on a Plan from the Plan page.
2. Click the Missing Practitioner Details banner location below the Overview tab.

3. On the Users tab, the Missing Practitioner Details filter is applied to show which users are missing practitioner details for that jurisdiction.
4. To update the User's jurisdiction details, click the No practitioner details for jurisdiction hyperlink below the User's name.

5. To add practitioner details, find and select the jurisdiction in the Add a Jurisdiction search bar and then select Save.
