How to Find Users with Missing Practitioner Details

Task

This article lists the steps needed to identify the users with missing practitioner details and how to add the details. 

Steps

1. In InstructorSite, from the CLE/CPD Plan page, click the Missing Practitioner Details banner location below the Overview tab.

2. On the Users tab, the Missing Practitioner Details filter is applied to show which users are missing practitioner details for that jurisdiction. 

3. To update the user's jurisdiction details, click the No practitioner details for jurisdiction hyperlink located below the user's name.

4. To add the practitioner details, click the New License button located in the lower-left corner of the Practitioner Details pop-up and then Save.
