Turn on/off External Course Approval requests

Task

This article lists the steps needed to turn the external course approval request switch on or off for users. 

Steps

1. In InstructorSite, from the top navigation bar, select the products drop down, then select, CLESite.

2. Select the Plan. 

3. From the Plan's page, select, Edit. 

4. To turn the external course approval request switch on, select the, Allow users to submit requests for external courses to this plan switch. 

5. To turn it off, select the switch again.

6. Then select Save Plan.
