User can record a Basic Skills Course credit completion

Task

This article lists the steps needed to record an Illinois Basic Skills Course completion credit. 

Steps

1. In LearningSite, From the main navigation bar, select (+)New, then Activity Record.

2. Add the Title, Date, Duration, Learning Format, and Provider. 

*Please note: In Illinois, in order to earn the Basic Skills Course credit, you must earn 6 or more credits more in the area of Professional Responsibility, Diversity/Inclusion, or Mental Health/Substance Abuse. The credits can be a combination of one or more of these credit types.

3. Add the Credit values then flip the switch to indicate these credits are from a Basic Skills Course. 

4. Upload the Certificate. 

5. Select Submit. 

6. The Plan will automatically re-populate to show, the Basic Skills Course requirement has been met.
