Estimated Time remaining for Plans

Plans now display in LearningSite and in InstructorSite an estimated time remaining number in parentheses to give people an idea of how much work it will take to complete the plan.

This estimate only applies to plans without credits and does not factor in any elearning that may be partially completed.  

For example, if you have completed 30 minutes of a 1-hour elearning course it will still calculate that as 1 hour since we estimate time remaining based on the defined duration of any courses that haven't been completed yet.
