User can regenerate a certificate

This article lists the steps needed for an attorney to download a certificate that has already been issued to them.

1. In LearningSite, from the main navigation bar, select Plans. Then search for the Plan, and select it.

3. Scroll down to the Learning Activity box.

4. Find the course in which the Certificate needs to be downloaded.

5. Select, the blue Ribbon next to it.

6. The Certificate is then downloaded as a PDF.
