CLESite: Turn on/off External Add Activity Button for Users

Task

This article lists the steps needed to turn the Add External Activity button on or off for users. 

Steps

1. In InstructorSite, from the top navigation bar, select the products drop down, then select CLESite.

2. Select the Plan. 

3. From the Plan's page, select, Edit. 

3. To turn the Add Activity button on, select the switch to Allow users to add external activity records to this plan. 

4. To turn it off, select the switch again.

5. Then select Save Plan.
