Register an External Attendee for a CLE Event

Steps

1. In InstructorSite, select the Live Events tab, then find the CLE Event the attendee needs to be added to.

2. Select the Event.


3. Select the Registrants tab.

4. From the left side of the screen, select the + New Registrant dropdown arrow, and then select Add new external registrants.


5. If they have never been added before, select Create a new External Registrant.


  1. Fill out the Add External Contact form.
  2. Add any Jurisdictions to the External Contact as appropriate by selecting the dropdown.
  3. Select Add Registrant.


Note: Once an External User is added, they will become part of the system until they are removed.
