Register an External Attendee for a CLE event

Task

This article lists the steps needed to register an attendee who is not with the firm, but they attended a CLE Event hosted by the firm.  

Steps

1. In InstructorSite, select the Live Events tab, find the CLE Event, the attendee needs to be added to. 

2. Select the Event. 

3. Select the Registrants tab. 

4. From the right side of the screen, select the green drop down arrow, and then select Add new registrants.

5. Select Add new external registrant. 

6. If they have never been added before, Select Create a new External Registrant.

7.Fill out the External Registrant form. 

8. Select Add Registrant. 

Note: Once an external user is added, they will become part of the system, until they are removed.
