Send CLE Event Invitations
Steps
- In InstructorSite, find the Event and select the Mail Manager tab.
- Select + New.
- Select Send an invitation to people I choose.
- Add the email addresses of those who should receive the Invitation in the To... field.
- Select the desired Invitation Template from the dropdown.
- Edit the subject or message as needed. Then select Next.
- Preview the Invitation. The toggles at the bottom can also be selected to send to additional people associated with the Course/Event.
- Select Send.
Invitations Sent
Once the Invitations have been sent, the status of the Invitation can be viewed from the Event's Mail Manager tab.
