Send CLE Event Invitations

Steps

  1. In InstructorSite, find the Event and select the Mail Manager tab.


  1. Select + New.


  1. Select Send an invitation to people I choose.
  2. Add the email addresses of those who should receive the Invitation in the To... field.
  3. Select the desired Invitation Template from the dropdown.
  4. Edit the subject or message as needed. Then select Next.


  1. Preview the Invitation. The toggles at the bottom can also be selected to send to additional people associated with the Course/Event.
  2. Select Send.


Invitations Sent

Once the Invitations have been sent, the status of the Invitation can be viewed from the Event's Mail Manager tab.
