Share a Link For Playback (On-Demand Course)

Task

This article will list the steps needed to Share a Link for an On-Demand Course. 

Steps

In InstructorSite, locate the On-Demand course to be shared. (See article on how to create an On-Demand):

1. Select Share. 

   

2. Choose, the Copy Link button for the Sharing option that fits the scenario.
   1. View this course in LearningSite - When a user receives this link it will take the user to the course page in LearningSite where they will need to choose the play button in order to start the video.
   2. Play this video in LearningSite - When a user receives this link it will open a separate window, and automatically start playing the video. 
   3.  View this course in InstructorSite - When a user receives this link it will take the user to InstructoSite. If the user does not have access to InstructorSite, the user will receive an error.
