How to Use the Copy/Paste Button Next to a Text Box
UniversitySite now has a copy/paste button that looks like this:
It is next to textboxes where multiple items can be added. So for example, if I had an auto-enrollment criteria that I used in one learning plan (such as job titles), that I wanted use in a second plan, I could copy them from Plan A and paste them into Plan B (paste by right-clicking inside the copy/paste box). The copy/paste button also allows you to change the format of the data so that you can use it in a place that may require different format such as an email or an event invitation.
This feature extends the copy email address functionality so that you can format the email addresses according to how you want to use them. For example you can copy the email addresses of the registrants of one event and invite them to a different event. You can see a demonstration of this here.
