Plans - Allow Users to Record External Activity for a Credit Based Plan

When you have plans that track credits you may want to allow learners to record credit for themselves based on activities they completed outside of UniversitySite.  We call this recording "External activity" for a credit based plan.

To allow them to do this from their plans, edit the plan in InstructorSite and from the Security section, turn that switch on.
