Bulk Delete or Disable/Hide Courses

Background

From time to time we need to disable/hide, or even delete many Courses at once.  

We recommend you ONLY delete Courses you know you will never use again and whose training history you are fine with losing, otherwise, you should retire them instead.

Instructions

From the Courses page in InstructorSite, search/filter, then select the Courses you want to bulk delete or retire (retire means to hide from LearningSite but retain history) and click the delete/retire. 

The best practice for this is to search by Course prefix and use the select all button and then delete/retire as needed.
