2018-06-22 Send Reminders for Missed Deadlines

You can configure Plans with a suggested deadline to send periodic reminders to Enrollees for missed deadlines.

Changes to Plan Editor

  • Added Send Overdue Plan Reminder switch.
  • Added Overdue Plan Reminder customization options.
    • In addition to customizing the message template, you can add people to CC these reminders.
  • Replaced Send Reminders switch with separate switches for Send Enrollment Reminders and Send Deadline Reminders.
  • Added ability to set hour that reminder should be sent in Plan's time zone for each reminder type.

Changes to Global Settings / Plan Settings

  • Added settings for Overdue Plan Reminders.
  • Added ability to set hour that reminder should be sent in Plan's time zone for each reminder type.
