Emergency eLearning Repair When You Need It
We created eLearning ER to help customers solve problems with their eLearning content. eLearning can send messages to UniversitySite, such as indicating that it has been completed. Sometimes eLearning doesn't work as expected, for example:
- It may send a completion record to UniversitySite even though it was not completed
- It may never send a completion record to UniversitySite
- It may send a completion record for some users and not others
- Users may have trouble launching eLearning
- Users may experience buffering interruptions during playback
With eLearning ER, we help in the following ways:
- Help you diagnose problems reported by your learners
- Fix problems in your eLearning source files
- Report of identified problems so you can avoid future problems
- Liaise with your eLearning providers to assist them with solving eLearning problems you are experiencing
