2018-02-23 Sort users by created and edited date

NOTICE: Prior to the addition of this feature, the app did not track the date a user was created or the date it was most recently edited.  Keep in mind that this new feature for sorting will be useful going forward but not so much for existing user accounts.

We've added two new sort options for the users page: date created and date edited

Each user shows the creation date unless the sort is set to "Edited".

Sort: Created

Sort: Edited

The date of the action will be displayed on the user show page if you create or edit a user after this update.
