Add Resources to a Plan

Background

Suppose you want to add several Resources and make them part of someone's Learning Plan. Adding a Resource directly to a Plan is not supported, but you CAN add Courses that basically just ARE Resources to a Plan.

Steps

1. Create a Course in UniversitySite of type On-Demand.
2. Select On-Demand Content from the far left Quick Bar to jump to that section.

3. Choose Generic Content as the Content Type.

4. Select a Completion Option that will make up the acknowledgment experience.
5. Go down to the Content box.
6. Specify either a URL or select + Click here to upload a file to Upload your document.
7. Edit the Button Text to determine what label to use to launch/view the Resource.
8. Select Save Course.
9. Test this Resource by selecting View Content.
