InstructorSite Plan - Users Tab
Users
The users tab for the plan viewer lists the status of all learners who are enrolled in this plan and allows you to enroll others who are not yet enrolled. This viewer can be filtered by:
- Everyone - default list of all users and their status
- Enrolled - only those currently enrolled in the plan
- Completed - only those enrollees who have finished this plan
- Incomplete - only those enrollees who have have NOT completed this plan
- Not enrolled - only those learners not currently enrolled; This view can be used to enroll users, even by searching and selecting, but you have more criteria including automatic enrollment available to you when you EDIT this plan
Enrolling Learners Manually
Example below shows how to enroll using the Not enrolled filter and the location "Los Angeles" as my criteria, but this is a one time, not automatic process. To specify criteria to be used to automatically enroll learners Edit the plan.
If you need to withdraw or remove a single learner from this plan you can do that using the drop down arrow next to Edit for their record.
You can also edit their deadline or other enrollment settings from this menu.
