Best Practices Upgrade

(For behind the firewall customers)

This upgrade service is recommended for all upgrades and is especially beneficial for major upgrades.  

It will include 2 upgrades; the first in a test environment/sandbox that we provide followed by an upgrade of your production server.  

The test environment will help to ensure that the upgrade of your production server goes smoothly and allow you the opportunity to review the changes to the application so you are better prepared to communicate these changes to your users.  

Additionally, we will review the release notes with you and help you take advantage of the new features in this version.
