Overview

This page will identify those cases where a resource was added to more than one course.  It is step 1 of a 3 part process.

Note: Since the migration only makes the necessary changes in order to support displaying them as new independent resources in the NEW On-Demand page that's part of UniversitySite 2017 in LearningSite, until such time as you actually make the changes to display On-Demand items instead of the Videos page these changes will not be visible at all to learners in the legacy system so it is "safe" to do in advance.

The resource may have a different name on each course or it may be the same name.

What can you do here?

You can select the name already in use on one of the courses OR you can enter a new display name if you prefer.

You repeat this process for all the duplicates we identify and at any time you can click Save Resources to commit the changes on those you have made selections for and they will be saved and removed from this list.

When you are done responding to all the duplicates we identified click next to  proceed to step 2 in the resource migration process.
