Manage office locations and training rooms with this page.

  • Create new office locations
  • Merge existing Locations
  • Merge Rooms
  • Update existing locations with time zones
  • Add new rooms to existing locations
  • Add email address to conferencing systems in Rooms

When users are imported with an office location that doesn't match one specified here, they will be imported with "Unknown" as their office location.

Important: make sure to specify time zones for each location, so that users will have the correct time zone associated with them.

Note: The system automatically generates both "1-on-1" and "Off-Site" locations.

Need to update the time zone for a group of users?  Use the Update Users button to assign the selected time zone to all users matching the selected location.  This will automatically occur for new users, so it's is only necessary during initial setup or when changing the time zone.

Conference Room Equipment

Assign email addresses to meeting rooms that are equipped with Zoom Room or Teams Room so that they can be sent Meeting Requests. When an email address is present, and the Room is designated for a Live Event, you can send a Meeting Request to the conference equipment as a Required Attendee. When you are ready to start the Live Event from the room, you’ll simply press the Join button on the conference equipment to join the meeting.

Steps:

  1. From Global Settings | Users | Office Locations and Rooms | Edit the Room.
  2. Complete the Email field.
  3. Save Room.
