InstructorSite Course Users Tab

This tab serves the following purposes:

view users who have completed the course
view users who have not completed the course
view users who have requested the course (instructor-led courses only)
view users who are eLearners of the course (on-demand courses only)
download users to Excel
Add learning activity including
- add a completion to a user's history
- add prescription to a user's history
- add a request (for this course to be scheduled) to user's a history
- Register for eLearning

Using views to filter users

Don't miss the handy new filters to slice and dice the course history data right here.

Everyone - the default, unfiltered view
Completed - lists users who have completed this course
Not Completed - lists users who have NOT completed this course
Requested - lists users who have requested this course be scheduled (for instructor-led courses)
eLearners - lists eLearning attempts (for on-demand courses)

Use the download button to view this data in Excel.

Sometimes users complete courses multiple times, so learning history includes a list of activities instead of a single record. For example

Learning activity records can be added or removed. Several types of records can be added, including:

Completed Successfully - give someone credit for completing this course
Completed Unsuccessfully - record a failed attempt for someone for this course
Prescribed - if this course is in a plans, this tells the plan to ignore prior course completions and make the learner take this course again
Register for eLearning - adds an On-demand course to a user's To Do list in LearningSite
Requested - indicates that the learner has requested this course to be scheduled
