People specified here receive email notifications when learners request a course to be scheduled.

• Email designated recipients when users request courses - this is your on/off switch to notify people about course requests according to the choices selected below
• Default recipient - unless overridden by a department or location specific contact, this person will receive email notification about course requests
• Email default recipient when emailing specific recipients - make sure the default recipient gets course requests even if there is a local recipient specified to receive a notice from a specific location

Location Specific Recipients

If you want specific instructors in various offices to get course requests from users in their office, specific their name for that location.  You can specific the same name for multiple offices if desired.
