InstructorSite Plan Page
Plans now provide a bit more data at a glance than they used to.
- You can see how many out of the total Enrollee Count have completed it and what percentage that represents.
- You can also see the average percentage complete for all enrollees.
- You also now can easily see who created this Plan and when, as well as who has most recently edited it.
My example has been hanging around a long time.
From the Plan Viewer you can:
- Set or change deadlines or start dates for select or all Enrollees (see Setting Deadlnes for Existing Enrollees towards the bottom of this article).
- Enroll or withdraw Learners manually (see Enrolling Learners Manually section below).
- Open the Plan Editor.
- Copy this Plan to dupe and revise it.
- Delete the Plan (keep in mind since the plan data is built off of the completion data for Courses that are independent of this Plan, should you change your mind you can always recreate this Plan with it's data by adding the same Courses and Learners to it.
- Share links to the Plan and send a message you compose to Enrollees.
Note: When a Plan has security on it such that it is NOT visible in LearningSite or ManagerSite, Learners can still opt in and managers can still view it.
Overview
Here you can see the major features of this Plan including:
- Description - Hopefully this clearly sets the firm's expectation for Learner participation as well as a concise statement of the Plan's purpose.
- Prerequisite Plans - Any Plans listed here must be completed by Learners before they can enroll in this one.
- Course Requirements - All Courses appearing here are considered requirements. There are no "suggestions" in a Plan.
- Credit Requirements - Any credit requirements will be listed here.
- Next Plan - When the current Plan is completed, graduates of this Plan will be automatically enrolled in the Plan listed here.
- Departments - This Plan can only be modified by UniversitySite administrators or members of this department.
- Audiences - This Plan is only visible in LearningSite to members of this department, and/or those to whom it has already been assigned.
Setting Deadlines for Existing Enrollees
IMPORTANT! Since the way deadlines specified within the Editor now work is to apply the date you specify ONLY to new enrollees, if you have previously enrolled Learners in this Plan and you want them to have a deadline, perhaps the one you just added when editing the Plan Enrollee Settings, then you need to set that for all enrollees on the plan viewer (this page).
You can of course also set deadlines just for selected individuals here.
See example below:
