InstructorSite Resource Page

Resources are now a first class UniversitySite citizen and while independent of courses, can still be attached to or associated with them if desired.  Also, any resources you previously had attached to courses are still attached to them, unless a decision has been made also to remove them from that course.

Independent resources support audiences, tags, departments but do not award credits.

You can of course from this page

Open the Resource Editor to change it's UniversitySite properties, provided you are a member of any departments that may be assigned to this resource, OR provided you are a UniversitySite administrator.

Copy the resource to dupe and revise - we advise instead linking to this resource if needed rather than duping.  You can do this from the share button

Share a link either to directly open the resource, or to take the learner to the resource page in LearningSite which still requires another click to open it, but displays other UniversitySite metadata about the resource you may or may not want them to review first.  

Warning: Keep in mind when sharing any UniversitySite element, including resources with others via link, that you share it with learners who can actually access that element and are not restricted due to audiences that may be assigned.
