Courses Tab

This tab lists courses the learner has had some interaction with, most importantly courses completed successfully but also including no shows for events based on that course.

Don't overlook the fact that this view can be sorted by the default Completed (Most recently), the Title, or the Prefix for the course.  It can be filtered by Course Type and Status.

Plans Tab

This tab lists all plans a learner is currently enrolled in as well as their current status.  It also provides several very useful sort options to help you view the data in different ways.

Live Events Tab

This page lists all live events the learner has attended

Change Password Tab

If the learner would like another way to get into UniversitySite in addition to single sign on when inside the firm (default), a password entered here can provide them a way to login from a mobile device or from home using their work email and this password you specify here.  It can also be used to allow a secretary to proxy on behalf of an attorney at her desk.  

To proxy the secy would open UniversitySite and log out and choose login as another user, then specify the attorney's email address and that password to come into UniversitySite as that person. They could then register them for training or whatever the attorney may have asked them to do.
