After updating from a version of UniversitySite prior to May 19, 2017.  You may have course attachments to migrate.  Resources attached courses prior to that date, won't appear in LearningSite's on-demand page until they are migrated.  The migration is a 3-step cleanup process.  It usually takes about 30 minutes. The process involves reviewing duplicates and assigning meaningful names.

Automatic Categorization of Videos and Documents

The migration we will automatically categorize training course attachments as videos or documents based on the file extension. Files of the following types are categorized as videos: wmv, mp4, mpeg, mov, avi, asf, m2ts, qt, wtv, dvr-ms, m4v, mpe, m1v, mp2, mpv2, mod, vob.
