Plans - Control Email Notifications

Task

When you need to control whether emails are sent for enrollment notices, Reminders, Congratulations, or New Events you want to edit the plan and turn them off as needed.

Steps

1. Edit the plan
2. Select the Email item in the quick menu on the left
3. Flip off the switches for any emails you don't want sent for THIS plan
4. If you aren't sure what that email notice is, check the ? next to it for tips.
5. Save Plan
