Control Notifications Regarding Employee Activity

Task

Are you getting too many emails about employee Plans? Want to get notified when employees take training, or stop getting notified?

Steps

1. From LearningSite, choose the ManagerSite item in the LearningSite dropdown on the Main Navigation Bar.
2. Once in ManagerSite, choose your name in the upper right and select Settings.

3. In the Subscriptions section un-check Copy me on learning plan notifications sent to my direct reports if you don't want these emails.
4. If you want to be notified when they take training, check the Notify me when employees... buttons in the Approvals section for the Events or Videos or both as desired.
