Plan - Opt into a Plan

Sometimes plans are created for your benefit but not assigned to you.

You will find these plans on the Plans page ("All Plans" tab)

Now click the large blue Opt in button to add yourself to this plan and have it show up in your To Do list until you complete it or later opt back out.
